The house is quietly located at the end of Sa Rapita on a residential road with little traffic.
The beach promenade, numerous restaurants, bars, supermarket, ATM, bus stop and souvenir shops are only approx. 500 metres away.The house is surrounded on all sides by a large, well-kept garden.
It is planted with many different Mediterranean shrubs, plants and flowers.
