Located on the Costa Blanca, in the charming village of Santa Pola, 9 km from Alicante airport, on a gated estate with swimming pool, 800 metres from a beautiful sandy beach.The flat is located in a quiet, intimate gated estate.
A beautiful well-maintained swimming pool, children's pool, tennis court and children's playground are at the exclusive disposal of the residents.
The estate, the swimming pool, the garage and other facilities are accessed by remote control.
The distance to the sea is only 800 m, and we can cover this distance on foot in 15 minutes while admiring the Mediterranean vegetation and a nature reserve.The living room on the first floor is equipped with a sofa set with coffee table, table, four chairs, LCD TV, Sat TV, free WiFi, DVD/CD/MP3.
The living room opens onto a spacious (50m2 ) furnished terrace with sea and mountain views.
