Cocoonr agency offers this charming 110 m² air-conditioned house in Sainte-Maxime, 100 m from the beach, with swimming pool, which can accommodate up to 6 people.
It comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two shower rooms and a 600 m² garden.

The accommodation comprises Ground floor - A 30 m² living room with TV, sofas and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Separate WC - Garage with tumble dryer, washing machine and fridge First floor - Bedrooms 1&2: each with a double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 3: with a queen-size bed (160x200) - Two shower rooms - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A 4x8 m swimming pool (private, unheated), open from May to September. - A beautiful enclosed and private garden of 600 m², south-facing. - A south-facing terrace of approx. 30 m² with furniture to enjoy the sunny days. - A south-facing balcony of around 10 m², accessible from two of the bedrooms The house is ideally located in Sainte-Maxime, in very pleasant surroundings.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities : - La Nartelle beach, about 100 m away - Water sports (paddle, jet-ski, parasailing, diving or boat trips) - Walks and hikes on the paths and by the sea - Discover Sainte-Maxime and its local market, alleyways and terraces. - Visit Saint-Tropez, around 18 km away. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (one vehicle). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Saint-Raphaël, about 20 km away - Nearest airport: Toulon-Hyères, about 58 km away Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wifi available - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Air conditioning on the ground floor and in the bedrooms - A parent is responsible for all children swimming.
Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to favourable weather conditions. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
