Bright 27 sqm studio apartment located on the second floor of a building with an elevator (NOT suitable for guests with disabilities).
The accommodation is located in the Foce area, a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood and one of the most charming areas of Sanremo.
The most beautiful beaches, the cycle path, and all main services are just a few minutes’ walk away.
The apartment consists of a living/sleeping area with a double bed, kitchenette, bathroom, and a lovely terrace with open views.

FURTHER AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited Wi-Fi, A/C split unit at the entrance, independent heating via split unit, wardrobe, iron and ironing board, drying rack, washing machine and private fenced outdoor parking space.
PLEASE NOTE: - There are stairs to access the apartment; - The shower cubicle is raised.
