This renovated mansion is located in the southernmost and largest province of our neighbouring country Belgium, namely Belgian-Luxembourg near Biron.
Biron is located in a natural and quiet environment and guarantees a wonderful and relaxing holiday close to home.
The wooded area around Biron is ideal for walking, horse riding or cycling.
In the vicinity you can enjoy motorcycling and good kayaking or fishing in a nearby river.
This unique mansion for eight people is located in a village near Durbuy.
The house has a beautiful appearance and will give you the feeling of freedom and luxury.
When you drive through the beautiful gates, you will find a breathtaking garden with wonderful views.
You enter the house via a long staircase and feel like a king.This beautiful mansion for eight people has recently been renovated and offers a surface area of 121m².
The house is accessed via a staircase where you enter a beautiful hallway that will lead you to the living room with flat screen television, DVD player and relaxation corner.
The fine kitchen has a fridge, oven, microwave, freezer, coffee machine, kettle, cooker, extractor, kitchen utensils and a dishwasher.
In addition, on this floor there is a separate toilet and you will find the passage to the terrace that faces south.
On the first floor you will find four bedrooms which are all equipped with a double bed (two of them with a shower and washbasin.) Also on this floor you will find a well-equipped bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin.
Outside the house is a spacious garden with parking, terrace and barbecue.
Particularities • The minimum age of the main booker for this holiday home is 21 years. • If you are booking with a youth group up to 30 years old, there is a double deposit. • Energy costs will be calculated after departure based on actual consumption. • Please note that the toilet and bathroom door(s) cannot be locked.

Wij hebben enorm genoten van het huis en de omgeving! Prachtig uitzicht vanaf de veranda, mooie grote tuin en de hele omgeving is fantastisch! Het huis is ruim en netjes, grote slaapkamers, 2 ensuits en grote badkamer, helemaal super

Tegels in de eetkamer liggen los. De borden zijn hoogdringend aan vervanging toe. Er was geen enkel bord dat niet (zwaar) beschadigd was. Wijnglazen gebarsten. Het aantal potten en pannen was aan de lage kant en de deksels matchten niet bij de potten. Een mat/vod aan de inkomdeur voor natte voeten.

Het is een fijn maar ouder huis. Niets mis mee maar het was niet schoon!! Dat viel erg tegen. Het servies is ook wel aan vervanging toe, echt oud met barstjes en kleine stukjes eraf. Verder misten we ook wat schoonmaakmateriaal, er was behalve een bezem en stofzuiger niets in het huis.
