This nice, Large 14-person holiday home is located in the village of Petithan, in the southernmost and largest province of Belgium, Luxembourg.
Petithan is situated in a natural and quiet environment and guarantees a lovely and relaxing holiday close to home.
The woody area around Durbuy is perfect for walking, horse riding or cycling.
In the surroundings you can enjoy motorcycling and good kayaking or fishing in a nearby river.Ground floor:Cosily furnished living room and a sitting area with TV.
There is also a separate dining room.
Modern, open and fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, four-burner cooker, refrigerator and filter coffee machine.
A bedroom with a double bed, a shower and a separate toilet.
There is one cot and one highchair available.
First floor:Two bedrooms with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds, one bedroom with two bunk beds and a double bed.
A loft overlooking the living room.
A bathroom with bath and a toilet and a shower room.
Outside:Large garden overlooking the woods, terrace with garden furniture and coal barbecue (bring your own coal).
Particularities • Youth groups (up to 25 years) and friend groups (up to 30 year) are not allowed. • The minimum age of the main booker for this holiday home is 21 years. • This property will not be rented to groups or companies of people under the age of 30.
The installation of loudspeakers and the playing of amplified music is not allowed in this house, nor the organisation of student parties/bachelor parties. • Energy costs will be calculated after departure based on actual consumption. • Please note that the toilet and bathroom door(s) cannot be locked.
Please bring the following items with you for this holiday home: • Children's bed • High-chair • Park facilities • Surroundings Petithan is located in stunning natural surroundings where you will have a wonderfully relaxing stay.
Besides fantastic cycling or hiking through the vast forests, there are many other adventurous activities to do in the area.
For example, go motorcycling, mountain biking, kayaking, fishing, horse riding or climbing.
The region also organises survival trips and abseiling from metre-high rocks.
If you prefer to discover the region's culture with both feet on the ground, this is also possible.
Visit the castle of La Roche, discover Durbuy, the smallest town in Europe, be amazed by the Han caves or go to picturesque Rochefort.

Er waren best wel mankementen in het huis aanwezig. Zoals:
- deuren die door het vocht bijna niet opengingen (oudere slaapkamer en badkamer)
- vaatwasser en grote koelkast zijn aan vervanging toe
- overgordijnen gingen niet makkelijk open en dicht en waren te smal voor de ramen
Verder een geweldige accommodatie.

Het was een fijn verblijf. Ondanks eerdere reviews waarin werd gezegd dat er te weinig bestek was, was er nu voldoende aanwezig. Minpunt was de wasmachine die het niet goed deed, dus hebben we alles met de hand schoongemaakt (afwasmiddel- en borstel waren niet aanwezig)

Vooringevulde meterstanden klopten geen van alle. Lager dat feitelijk. Ongekend hoge prijs voor de schoonmaak. Desondanks:kastje met etensresten, bestek vet en vuil, kopjes met aanslag. Voor 14 pers: slechts 6 wijnglazen, 6 theekopjes en 1 beker! Dunne matrassen en 1 +/- kapotte bedbodem. Reglement dat onprettig dreigt met hoge boetes bij afwijken
