This large condo is perfect for families, couples, or groups who want to enjoy the beauty of Anna Maria Island while having plenty of room to relax and unwind.
The unit features a bright open-concept living area with comfortable seating, an electric fireplace, and a Smart TV — the perfect place to gather after a day at the beach.
Just off the living room is a huge private third-floor balcony where you can enjoy the gulf breeze and partial ocean views while sipping your morning coffee or watching the sunset. ⭐ Why guests love this condo • Beachfront with direct beach access • Large 3BR / 2.5BA condo (2300+ sq ft) • Huge private balcony with partial ocean views • Year-round heated pool & hot tub • 2 parking spots included • Elevator near entrance • Beach gear provided (chairs, towels, cooler) • Wet bar + wine cooler • Electric fireplace • Steps from the sand The condo is located in a quiet beachfront complex on Holmes Beach, just minutes from local restaurants, shops, and attractions.
The free Anna Maria Island trolley stops right outside the building, making it easy to explore the island without needing to drive.
Note - a digital rental agreement must be signed prior to arrival and a legal ID must be provided.
Likely Disclosures/Reminders: ✔️ You must be at least 25 to book and check-in -- you're able to bring kids with you, the resort is family friendly ✔️ We're 1 private condo at a complex - the complex controls the amenities.
As a result, we cannot also guarantee an amenities availability or that it's working properly.
Because of this, we do not issue refunds for anything related to amenities ⚠️ Damage Waiver: Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program — you’re covered for up to $500 in accidental damage during your stay.
Just relax and enjoy your trip, knowing little mishaps are taken care of. (Note, this is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance; this self-funded protection covers up to $500 in accidental damage to contents only.

No refunds are issued for pest sightings, though we’re always happy to address concerns. ⚠️ Please be aware that certain situations beyond our control may occur, including construction or noise outside the unit, temporary closure of amenities, utility or city repairs, or other issues on neighboring properties or units.
As these circumstances are beyond our control, we are unable to provide refunds for any related Pack ’n Plays must be requested in advance and are subject to availability.
As these items are shared across our units, we kindly ask that you request one at the time of booking to confirm availability.
Interaction with guests We respect your privacy and give you the freedom to enjoy the rental, but we’re just a message or call away if you need anything during your stay ✨. ✓ ITEMS LEFT BEHIND.
If a guest leaves personal items behind and requests their return, they are responsible for a $25 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage to left items once the guest has departed.
