Cocoonr offers you this charming 85 m² flat with wifi (fibre optics), which can accommodate up to 5 people, to rent in Rennes.
Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive 30 m² living room, fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower). Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation comprises

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
