Park your car in the underground garage and take the elevator to the second floor.
The penthouse is newly and modernly furnished, featuring a large cozy couch to relax on after a tiring day of skiing or hiking, 2 separate bedrooms, a bathroom with a steam sauna for relaxation and a beautiful terrace with a magnificent view of the mountains.
Close to the center, restaurants, and shopping Your penthouse is located about 300 meters from the center of the famous Mayrhofen, with restaurants, shops, and a bakery quickly accessible, and the Penken and Ahorn cable cars also within walking distance.
This makes the renowned ski resort Zillertal 3000 conveniently reachable.
In summer, the picturesque Mayrhofen, surrounded by impressive mountain peaks, offers a wealth of activities for nature lovers and adrenaline junkies alike, from extensive hiking and biking trails through alpine meadows and forests to climbing routes with breathtaking views. Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed.
Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine. Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22:00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home. This accommodation is rented only to family groups. Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot. It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house.
