Casa da Moagem is a spacious four-bedroom house, ideal for large families or groups of up to 10 guests seeking comfort, modern living, and tranquility during their stay.
The modern and clean décor creates a bright and welcoming atmosphere designed for relaxation and well-being.
On the ground floor, guests will find one bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom with shower, a large open-plan living room and fully equipped kitchen, a guest bathroom, and a laundry room with washing and drying machines. The first floor features three additional bedrooms: one double bedroom with a private bathroom with shower, another double bedroom, and a twin bedroom with two single beds.
A shared bathroom with shower is also available on this level, ensuring comfort and convenience for all guests. Located just a 5-minute drive from the beach, Casa da Moagem combines space, practicality, and a relaxing atmosphere, making it perfect for family holidays, extended stays, or getaways with friends. AREA Situated in a quiet area, Casa da Moagem offers a peaceful environment while remaining close to the beach and essential services. Restaurants, supermarkets, and local shops are only a few minutes away, making daily life easy and convenient during your stay.
The location is ideal for exploring the surrounding area while returning to a modern, spacious, and welcoming home after a day out. Perfect for guests who value comfort, privacy, and proximity to the sea. PROPERTY RULES To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules. • Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
A fine of €300 will be charged for non-compliance. • Parties or events are not permitted. • Pets are not permitted. • Please be considerate of your neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night. The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons.
This system does not record conversations or collect personal data.
Should abnormal levels be detected, a member of our team may contact you. You are not permitted to disable, cover or tamper this or any other equipment installed on the property. In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration purposes. Municipal tourist tax (when applicable): €2.00 per person/night for guests aged 13 and above, up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14.00 per person per stay). A payment link will be sent prior to arrival. Check-in must be scheduled in advance.
If it is not arranged at least 48 hours beforehand, check-in will be subject to our team’s availability. Check-in: from 16:00 | Check-out: by 12:00 Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and an additional charge. By confirming your reservation, all guests agree to our house rules and accommodation conditions. OTHER NOTES All bed linen and towels are provided.
We can also provide, free of charge, a baby travel crib, high chair and baby bath upon request before check-in. Requests made less than 48 hours before arrival may be subject to an additional fee. All properties are equipped with a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and a fire blanket. For stays of 8 nights or more, a mid-stay service is provided, including the replenishment of bed linen, towels and consumables only.
This service is not included for shorter stays.
Additional cleaning services during your stay are available on request at an extra charge.
