This stylish ground-floor apartment is designed for two and strikes a perfect balance between warmth and simplicity.
The open-plan living area brings together a comfortable seating area, a dining table for four, and a fully equipped kitchen — all finished in natural materials and earthy tones that give the space a calm, grounded feel.
From the living room, large sliding glass doors open directly onto the shared garden, blurring the line between inside and out. The bedroom is a serene retreat with a comfortable double bed (160x200 cm), built-in wardrobes, and its own access to the garden.
The en-suite bathroom is a highlight: a freestanding bathtub and a separate rain shower with pebble-stone tiling create a genuinely spa-like atmosphere. The beach and lively boulevard are just 150 metres away — close enough to hear the sea on a quiet morning.
The boulevard itself is lined with beach clubs, terraces, and restaurants, making it easy to slip between a lazy sunbed afternoon and a good dinner without going far. The town centre, with its independent shops, cafés, and supermarkets, is within easy walking distance.
For a change of scenery, the vast dunes of the Zuid-Kennemerland National Park begin just beyond the beach — ideal for a long walk or a cycle through one of the most beautiful stretches of the Dutch coast. ## Transit The apartment is perfectly positioned for car-free travel.

Sehr schöne, nahe Lage direkt zum Strand. Wohnung sehr schön eingerichtet und modern. Sehr sauber.
Kein Internet zum Fernseher .Leider nur deutsches Programm (ARD,ZDF) schön wäre ein Fernseher mir hdmi Zugang bzw Internetzugang.

Ruhige Nebenstrasse, zentral gelegen zu allen Supermärkten und dem Strand,
sehr sauber, Fussbodenheizung, war bei Minusgraden in der Nacht und am Morgen sehr (!) angenehm. :-)
Zum Bahnhof oder Strand jeweils 400 m
