Tucked into the tranquil hills of Mas Mila, Villa Avanti is a contemporary hideaway that flows effortlessly with its natural surroundings.
Arranged over three thoughtfully designed levels, the villa makes the most of its elevated position with floor-to-ceiling windows and glass-fronted terraces that frame sweeping views of the Garraf Natural Park.
Step inside and you’re greeted by clean lines, cool tiled floors and soft, earthy tones that mirror the Mediterranean landscape just beyond the glass.On the lower levels, four serene bedrooms open onto a shared balcony, their pared-back decor inviting a sense of calm.
The two master suites come with modern ensuite bathrooms, while a compact double and twin room share a family bathroom, making the layout ideal for a family group or two couples travelling together. The true heart of the villa lies outdoors.
The private pool, surrounded by sun loungers and wild olive trees, looks out across a vast horizon of pine forest and vineyard-covered hills.
Adjacent terraces offer both sunny and shaded spaces for alfresco dining, lounging, or lazy breakfasts.
Just a short drive brings you to Sitges’ sandy beaches and vibrant cafés, while Barcelona is within easy reach for day trips. Local amenities including supermarkets and restaurants can be found within a short drive, while the thriving coastal town of Sitges is less than 15 minutes away. In Sitges, guests will discover sandy Blue Flag beaches, a vibrant old town, boutique shopping, and a wealth of dining options.
The surrounding Garraf hills offer walking trails and bike routes shaded by pine forests and dotted with hilltop lookouts. Barcelona is only around forty minutes away by car, ideal for day trips to the city’s renowned museums, Gaudí architecture and historic Gothic Quarter.
This location balances natural serenity with cultural convenience, making it ideal for family holidays or relaxed group stays. Terms & Conditions: ? €1000 charged to client's credit card as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection. If guests wish to have the linen changed, a minimum of 3 hours of cleaning service must be booked. On request only and with prior agreement with the owner.
If accepted, a pet supplement of €50 per pet will apply, payable to with the balance payment.

Additional travel cots, high-chairs, and cot mattress toppers may be rented upon request, subject to availability, at the following fees: - €25 per cot - €15 per high chair - €20 per cot mattress topper A one-off service/transport fee of €25 applies if the service has not been requested at least 48 hours prior to arrival. Friday, Saturday or Sunday in peak season.

There were 4 couples of friends and family. The check in process with the management was pleasant. Phone calls were returned in a timely manner. It was a perfect layout for us. This villa is amazing and has stunning mountain views across sitges. It has pretty much everything you need. You will struggle to get taxis into town - all through the day - especially at night. So be sure be pre book one if you need it.
The team were very helpful and on if we needed them and the pool and outside area was perfect
to cater me and my friends. We have a most enjoyable stay. Thank you
