Relax from the hectic everyday life and come to our cozy grassland farm. Enjoy the wonderful peace and nature on our farm, which is located not far from Lake Chiemsee on a small hill. Plenty of space around the house with a farm garden, sunbathing lawn, swing and trampoline offers relaxation and fun. You live in friendly furnished rooms with shower/WC and balcony - partly equipped with kitchenette - or in our vacation apartments. From all rooms and the apartments, you have a magnificent view over Lake Chiemsee to the Alps. Let us spoil you after a restful sleep with an extensive breakfast (possible for an extra charge) on our sunny terrace. Enjoy the beautiful view of the lake and mountains. Let the day begin! Discover our charming surroundings on a leisurely hike: e.g. Archaeological Roundtrip or the Chiemsee Roundtrip... - swimming, sailing, surfing and fishing at the Chiemsee- a raft trip on the Alz- tennis, golf, horseback riding- mountain and climbing tours in the nearby Alps. There is also a lot to do for culture lovers:- Roman museum in Seebruck- Seeon monastery with its concerts and extensive cultural program- Herreninsel in Chiemsee with its royal castle, as well as the romantic Fraueninsel with its monastery. Other excursion destinations which are easily accessible for a day trip by car:-Munich, Salzburg, Berchtesgaden with Königsee, Burghausen, Altötting etc. ... We are looking forward to you!

Arrival Description
The freeway A8 Munich - Salzburg crosses the vacation region Chiemsee/Chiemgau. This gives you the advantage of being able to reach Seeon-Seebruck from Munich in about an hour. Take the freeway exit Bernau, from there you drive via Prien - Rimsting - Gstadt to your vacation destination Seeon-Seebruck. Coming from Austria, leave the A8 at the Grabenstätt exit in the direction of Chieming. At the end of the town take the 3rd exit at the traffic circle and follow the road to Seeon-Seebruck.

Double room for 2-3 persons (with a double bed and a sofa bed) with lake view, shower/WC, TVThe bathroom has an electric radiator / towel dryer.On request, we are happy to provide a clock radio as well as kettle, glasses, cups.Breakfast is not included in the room price, gladly it can be added on request for an extra charge.
