Welcome to Es Molí, a sanctuary where ancient stone and the horizon meet to offer absolute disconnection. Located in the historic hamlet of Ses Alqueries, this house is a private viewpoint over the most authentic side of Mallorca. Here, the whisper of the wind through the ancient olive tree and the silhouette of the nearby windmill remind you that true luxury is letting time stand still.
Interiors with Wabi-Sabi Warmth
We have merged noble wood beams and stone walls with organic decor to invite serenity:
Private Havens: Three spacious bedrooms designed as sanctuaries, each with its own en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet.
The Awakening: The upper floor features a private balcony framing the sky and the pool—perfect for your morning coffee.

The exterior is a tribute to Mediterranean life:
The Olive Garden: Dive into the 8x4m chlorine pool (depth 0.70m to 2.10m) and relax on the Balinese bed under the shade of our centennial olive tree.
Unforgettable Sunsets: Enjoy dinner in the outdoor dining area as the sun sets over the village in total privacy.
Distribution & Comfort:
Ground Floor: Two bedrooms (180x200 beds), living-dining room with terrace views, workspace, and a fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso, oven, microwave). Laundry room included.
Upper Floor: Versatile setup with two 90x200 twin beds that can be joined into a 180x200 large bed upon request. Includes an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and a private terrace overlooking the pool and Santa Eugènia.
Exterior: 6 sun loungers, summer lounge, perimeter garden, and a rear area with BBQ and wood oven.
Features: Full AC, central heating, and private parking for 4 cars. Typical Mallorcan charm with a sophisticated Wabi-Sabi touch.
