FURTHER SERVICES: Unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning (split in the bedroom), independent heating, and a hairdryer. Free on-site parking is available. Shared with other residents: - SWIMMING POOL (open from May 15th to October 15th from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM) with lounge chairs, tables, and umbrellas; - GARDEN with relaxation areas and BBQ; - LAUNDRY AREA with washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, and clothesline. PLEASE NOTE: - The building does NOT have an elevator; there will be stairs to climb. Seven days before your arrival, you will receive instructions for registering your documents through our Guest Portal and paying the Tourist Tax. This process helps us verify your data and documents and send the information to the "Alloggiati Web" police service, the Italian procedure for registering guests in Italy. Activating and deactivating air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree 16/04/2013 no. 74, Ministerial Decree 383 of 6/10/2022). Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings. Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The activation period and daily duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations. Perugia Climate Zone E: 13 hours per day from October 22nd to April 7th Please note: Completing registration and paying the Tourist Tax is MANDATORY to receive instructions and access the apartment.
