It has a floor area of 140 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests. It comprises a 60 m² living area, a fitted open-plan kitchen, four bedrooms and two shower rooms.
Wi-Fi and bed linen are included – we’re just waiting for you! The property is laid out as follows: In the basement: - A utility room with a washing machine and a drying rack. On the ground floor: - A 60 m² living area with a TV lounge and dining area opening onto the balcony, as well as an open-plan fitted kitchen featuring, amongst other things: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster and dishwasher... - A shower room with shower and toilet Upstairs: - Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190) and storage - Bedroom 2: two single beds (90x190) - Bedroom 3: one double bed (140×190), one single bed (90×190) and storage space - Bedroom 4: one double bed (140×190) and an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet - A separate bathroom with double washbasins, shower and toilet For even greater comfort, you can make use of the following additional facilities: high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron. Outside: - Balcony with mountain views, a small table and two chairs. The house is ideally located in Montclar, in very pleasant surroundings.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc. Activities : - Access to the Montclar ski resort 1.3 km away - Hiking, picnicking - Swimming (municipal pool) - Tree climbing - Mini golf Transportation : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's garage and private car park. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Laragne-Montéglin train station, about 63 km away - Grenoble Alpes Isère airport, approx. 205 km away - Montélimar-Ancone airport, approx. 195 km away Other notes: - Free internet access is available. - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation. - Bed linen is included. - Towels are not included and cannot be provided.
